Back in the gym...

Finally back in the gym and getting my butt kick by Joe my personal trainer. He has worked me out twice and today we did legs. now I have pretty strong legs, but right now they feel like noodle, they are so limp...I guess it will be all worth it in the end.

Today also marked the start of the training walks. I did 2 out of the 3 miles I was suppose to do on the treadmill before my training session :). Pretty proud of myself.
